i don't want to sound like a dick but you should scrap the 12 bolt and go with a 9"... no matter what you do to that 12 bolt it will never be as strong as the 9" and then you don't have to worry about your bolt pattern problem.

Take PBR's advise. He wouldn't lead you astray. He's a Chevy guy tell you to use Ford parts so it must be the hot ticket!

I agree with the 9"...more parts available, easier to change gear ratios, stronger,.....there are plenty of companies that make 9" housings, including mine...

Funny enough I was told that the chevy 10 bolts are the stronger of the 10 or 12 bolts. Just go with a 9" and end your issues. There are about 10 bazillion out there and there are a ton of parts available for it as well, not to mention probably lighter than a 60 also.

go with the 9" it is lighter and has better ground clearance. as well as tons of parts available that will bolt right up.

i`d also go with a beefed up 9inch myself, but if your deadset on a 60 there is in fact companys that`ll make you a 5 lug hub.

The Chevy 10 bolts are stonger if you replace the stock carrier. So a spool or a full locker and yes the 10 bolt is stronger.
