I'm not sure if they have them for the ranger pattern, 5 on 4.5"(?), but I know that we got some from Kartek for our 10 car.
I really wouldn't recommend a wheel spacer for a truck though, just make sure the lugs are long enough, probably better off to invest the money in a set of wheels with the proper off set/ backspacing.

kartek, mckensies, baja concept all have them. we have been running a set on our ranger race truck for years and lots of races and have had no problems. however we do have larger studs installed.

i have had my s dime wheel spacers on for 4 years , no problems yet . the are H & R from ORW. the biggest truck width they had was 30mm. i choose to live on the edge and get some vette/camaro spacers in 60mm for the rear of my dime. bent /broken frame , burnt up some 32's and engine torque snapped 3 motor mounts but my wheel spacers have had ZERO problems.

would they be a problem for a mostly street driven '99 f-150? I'm tired of the tire rub and don't have the $$ for a wider front end.

be care ful on any of the new 1/2 trucks with wheel spacers. the bearings are a press fit sealed bearing and do not hold up well to wide wheels. let alone widewheels with wheel spacers. what size wheels are you using?

I'm using 16X8 with a backspacing of 4.5". I don't off-road hard in my truck and is unfortunately mostly a pavement pounder. Should I just stay away from the wheel spacers?

Ideally you only use spacers to get the center of the tread centered btwn the wheel bearings. Anything more is asking for wheel bearing issues proportionate to the amount of further offset.
