Just in case any of you might want to purchase anything from this company...... I wanted to post a warning. This is a horriable company to deal with and they have actually stolen money from me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

What happened? They are here in Phoenix and I have bought stuff from them before. If you are having probs with getting stuff let me know and I could swing by there and see whats up.

I appreciate it Bryan. I am having trouble getting stuff.... my money returned! They screwed me around on a return for months.... then charged me a return charge, a shipping charge, and a restock charge for a product that I returned because it didn't work! Can you tell I'm pissed?

If you paid with a credit card you can EASILY get your money back... all of it. It is ridiculous the sort of power a credit card company has over a business. I had a guy buy a lift kit for a Jeep using his VISA... he got the kit... installed the kit... used it for a few months and decided he wanted a different kit... so he sent the kit back totally JACKED UP and then had his credit card company reverse the charges. I had pictures of the kit installed on his Jeep (that he sent me) and then pictures of the kit when I got it back. It was messed up so bad that even an idiot could tell the kit was junk. I sent all of the pictures and a copy of our return policy to the credit card company and they all they had to say was... "customer said product did not meet his expectations" & "customer said item not as described" - basically we got screwed out of $600.00 bucks. Call your credit card company, fill out the single sided "chargeback" paperwork that they can FAX you... FAX it back to your credit card company and in a few days you'll have every single cent back. And get this... if you are a real jerk you can actually have your credit card company chargeback MORE than the purchase price... if the total with shipping was $100.00 bucks - you can actually get them to chargeback ABOVE that amount. It's total bull5hit but that's the way it is.

I can vouch for what Jeff says. Credit card companies treat businesses like crap. It happens here at the Airport I run all the time.
