AAAAhhhhhhh, the good ol' days. NOT!
That does not look all that much fun to me. But then again it's better than what I'm racing now isn't it.http://www.race-dezert.com/cgi-bin/wwwthreads/images/icons/wink.gif

racing the slowest class or vehicle still beats watching from the sidelines...

In my opinion class11 are the true heros..I once got stuck with astock rental ranger on the race course...had to back out and airdown and get all crazy to climb a little hill. granted it had no locker, but imagine the 11's... very limited ground clearance. very limited power to play with.

and... very limited travel.. so once you get up to speed its NOT a gentle ride.

I'd take a ride in a 11 any day over just watching.

And that is exactly what I meant by "better than what I'm racing now".........NOTHING http://www.race-dezert.com/cgi-bin/wwwthreads/images/icons/frown.gif

You know what's funny...we all say 'now' that those race cars/trucks back in the day were "funny" looking and not even comparable to those cars/trucks today...but think about this.....
What about 20-30 years from now----they'll be saying the same thing about US!!!

Just imagine----racing the Baja 1000 (or even the Baja 3000!?!?) from the very own comfort of your home!!!! LOL.
