Cycle news is reporting that RC tore his ACL and will be out for 4 months... When the SX season start? Is this a chance for Windham to tear it up on the 450?

you would think reed is a shoe in for the crown but i've heard lusk is tearing it up on the yamaha sx track and has a faster lap time. should be an interesting year.
it would be cool to see windham pull it off.

Anaheim starts in January. The San Diego race is usually middle of Feb. I'd really like to see Windham tear it up, but he's more an outdoor guy. I'd like to see Bubba tear Reed apart on the 250's. Reed is cocky, arrogant, and just an a** all around.

Last I heard Bubba was still doing 125 class. LAME!!!! He could tear up the whole 250 class!!!

An additional Cycle News reports that RC will miss the entire SX season and concentrate on the MX season. Bummer...he's one of my favorite riders.

In a way, I think this is what RC needed. When you win that much, you need a break at some point. RC likes the outdoors more, and it shows in the interviews. I think he'll come back with fire in his eyes!! With all the team switching this year, I don't know who's riding what anymore. I hope the red guys have a decent team!!

Now Reed "hurt" his shoulder so he will not have to race the international rounds...sounds convenient to me!
GO WINDHAM!

The injuries to the top guys just might make the racing more interesting this year. Both Windham and Lusk have tested extremely fast this off season and there are a lot of new "faster" talent.
I also heard a rumor that McGrath was offered a ton of $ to ride for Kawi this next season (prior to all these injuries) but he turned them down.

Kawi offered MC 2million for a year. Kawi needs some other talent besides Bubba. Lusk and Brown bailed, so who is left? They need a big name, for a brand that is slowly going down.

I heard a few weeks ago that Bubba is racing the East Supercross 125 series this year. If true, we won't see him this year in the west coast races. Unless the wants the practice. It would be cool if he jumped on a 250 for the western races!!!

I think vuillemin could beat everyone if he could go a seson without getting hurt.
