Truck is an 89' 2wd 22r toyota, when I hit the brakes my right turn signal light comes on and stays on for as long as the pedal is pushed down. If I turn on the right turn signal while pushing the brakes the light will not flash, it will just stay lit. If I am off the brakes and use the right turn signal it works like normal. Any help would be great, thanks

Check and replace ALL of your bulbs as necessary. If you have recently replaced any bulbs, make sure you replaced it with the correct bulb....single or double filament. Any trailer wiring at the back? If so, check to make sure its not pinched together anywhere.

Good Luck!

Try replacing the turn signal flaser in the fuse panel, I have had mine do some strange things and make funny noises too. You may have to get a universal flasher with wire leads that plug in, I have not found a parts place that stocks a direct replacement.
