I am getting autometer guages for my truck and I had a question about the fuel guage. It has different guages for different ohm ranges. http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=ATM%2D5718 says under installation that it will work with most fords from 1989 to present. I have a 1993 ranger with a stock tank. So which guage will I need to get to work with my stock tank. and if I decide to put in a fuel cell, will I need to get a new fuel guage? thanks

If you get a new fuel cell, just make sure the sender with the cell matches the ohm rating with your gauge. The late model Ford unit you mentioned should work fine with your gauge. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Good Luck!
