Bypass explination webpage?

I've seen a page that made bypass shocks explainable to a normal person. A friend of mine was asking me about them and I wanted to pass the webpage on. I searched but if you search for "bypass shocks" good luck reading through it all. Does anyone know the address?

i think prerunners.net has a video with brett king rebuilding a shock and explaining how it works etc, this site might have it to.
