any teams based in or around Ventura?

I dont know if this is the right forum for this but i`m looking for a team that might need some extra help in their shop and or at races depending on my finances, i`ll be living there shortly.I am a welder and competent machinist i`ve been working on dirt track paved asphalt and drag cars since i was old enougto walk, just looking for a palce where i can gain knowledge about desert racing.This is not a post for a paying job i`m just looking for anyone in need of some extra help.

We are in ventura, stop bye sometime. Are shop is behind Beach motors on thompson. Dennis is my partner and he owns Motion tire just down the street. most of the time it is after 5:00 or so before we are there, but dennis is at his shop most of the time.
