Mcmaster carr has them in class 8.8:

91280A566
Metric 8.8 Zinc-Pltd Steel Hex Head Cap Screw M8 Size, 70mm Length, 1.25mm Pitch, Fully Threaded
In stock at $9.45 per Pack
This product is sold in Packs of 25

As far as fully threaded, I was bored and searched all of my sources and was only able to find the class 10.9 with your specs in partially threaded.

Aha, so many people misuse stud/bolt/screw I just ass-umed you meant bolt.
I am not so bored now, got some work to do but I'll check around when I get some time.
Good luck
