Beard limiting straps

Do the beard "quad" limiting straps not stretch as much as the "double" limiting strap?

For my trucks application up front I have heard running a single strap expect for it to stretch 1". For two straps expect it to stretch 1/2".

So is it better to run a single quad strap or
two double straps?
