Planning on doing the same thing. Did you see the trailer at the Sand Show? 20' enclosed w/ shower-sh!!!er combo, sink and cook top. Plenty of amenities for a weekend.
Anyone know where to get trailer products (not fiberglass...) or parts for toyhaulers for do-it yourselfers?

There is a store in Fontana, I think it's George's Trailer Supply, off of Valley Blvd. I can confirm & post if I'm wrong. The place has tons of Trailer & RV stuff.

I'll see what I can dig up from the goody bag we collected at the show.
I have a 1982 32' Pace Arrow motorhome I'm stripping out. I'm using as many parts as I can on my enclosed trailer to make it more weekend friendly for me and the kids. Nothing fancy, just functional until the new car is finished and I know what size I want/need.

I've heard of Walt's before. I'll see what I can find out.

Thanks for the info.

I can vouch for Steve also, he's the one that put the vending windows in my trailer and did a great job. We use them with work benches when at the races and works great on a pit trailer. Highly recommend Steve.

Thanks for the correction Jones Perf. I had to check with one of the guy's at work about the name. FYI, call before driving over to Walt's, my guy told me the lot looked a little empty the last time he went by there.............. maybe out of biz????

I would definitely contact Trailers Unlimited, but another good resource might be this place-
http://www.rvpo.com/index.html

These guys are local (to me) and always seem to be busy. I've never used them, but thought they'd be a good resource if/when I need parts or service.

Good luck!

The trailer company that was at the Sand SHow was Universal Trailers (www.universaltrailers.com (http://www.universaltrailers.com)). They are in San Berdo. Other then what I saw at the show I have no idea what their reputation is so this isn't an endorsement of them by any means. I just liked the layout of their trailer.
