Ok so basically I live 5 blocks from the pismo dunes and like to take my toyota out there after work and on weekends. It's not street legal and is green stickered. Can i tow it out there on a car dolly, since it would be easier to tow, load and everything with it not being street legal. I've heard you can and can't. Just wanted some opinions. And I have a flatbed I Could use but it's a paint to load up to go out there for and hour or so. Thanks.

If you want the legal answer then you cannot tow it with a car dolly. I looked into that for my baja because I have a tow bar made for it. What I was told by the DMV is you cannot let even one tire touch the pavement if it is not street legal. Now you could probably get away with it but technically you're not supposed to.

yeah I'm probably just gonna tow it with it still since it's a big hassle to go get the car hauler to go 5 blocks, I'll just play dumb if I ever get pulled over. Or Show the cop some skin :D
