For those fellow RDC members who live between Oxnard and Los Alamos, this message is for you. I am currently managing the campaign for Gregory Gandrud (R) in his bid to knock off two-term Assemblyman Pedro Nava (D) and we are looking for local feedback and support.
Like many of you on here, Greg is a small business owner in the form of a local accounting firm. He is also a former Carpinteria City Councilman and currently serves as chairman of the California recreational trails committee, which has oversight over all hiking, biking, and equestrian trails in California. He was appointed to this position by Governor Schwarzenegger in 2005.
Greg’s 3 main issues that he feels need changing include lowering energy costs, improving education, and improving California's economic woes.
If you would like more information about the campaign, want to invite Greg to a local event, volunteer, or donate, please contact me at Cbantilan@gmail.com or info@gandrud.org. We have just recently setup a website at www.gandrud.org; while it is not completed yet, you will be able to find more information on Greg and his positions there.
We know this is an uphill battle but we are committed to moving California in a better direction, and with your help we can.
