This one is real!

The Hardin Boyz at the 2000 Baja 500. They are on their way up and got about 4 feet higher. I was on motor drive but was looking for a place to exit the narrow area.

This one is definately fake and its obvious because of the use of the clone tool only found in Photoshop. Look closely at the dust....notice that there is a pattern that repaets where the truck should have been? Nice job with the photo to whoever did it.

I have an off road magazine from like 1978 or 79 that has a bunch of off road trucks jumping at Glamis. My dad said it was an invitation only shoot from the magazine, and it had a bunch of class 8's and spencer low jumping over sand rails and stuff. He said when you got their the magazine provided everyone with a set of paddle tires to use for the shoot, so everyone was running those. He said he got an invitation to bring the old 8 truck, but it was the weekend before a race so he decided not to go. I'll see if i can find it and post some of the pictures.

well ive never claimed to be a smart man, but the black sock comment is not only over the line, its a bold faced lie too!!! ha

your caption is almost correct except Isaac isnt quite old enough to drive yet. he's only 3 and 1/2 years old, but his daddy did pay to fix the truck when it broke at races.....back when it still existed....

oh and sidekicker.......the truck did not break on any of those hucks....thats whats known in the leaf spring biz as "gnarticulation" :)
