OK how the heck is this useful, no scratch that. What the heck is it. It has cable off the front and a HumVee sunk into it. Guessing its a raft of some sort but I am at a loss.

I believe that was done years ago, the person wanted to try and cross the Bearing Straits, and this was done so if it fell through the ice.

Wow thats nuts, So I guess it rides just like it sits in the water with the skirt around it. How would that be, driving along and the your rig drops 30" into the water. How the heck do you get out from their I wonder. I guess its winch and hope you do not fall through the rest of the ice trying to anchor a winch cable.
