I checked the schedule for the Versus Channel (Old Outdoor network) they list Sunday Jan. 6 from 3:30 - 4:00pm as the start of the daily re-caps.

The Dakar is the world’s most grueling rally. The extreme race pits over 500 teams, consisting of both amateurs and professionals, against not only each other but the elements, including those of the Sahara desert. Covering 5,700 miles, participants driving automobiles, large trucks and motorcycles will begin the race in Lisbon, Portugal and finish in Dakar, Senegal. Coverage of the Dakar Rally will air daily from January 6th through the 21st at 6:30pm and a race recap is scheduled for the 27th at 4pm.
