I twisted the torsion bars on my wifes 97 Explorer which lifted the front about 1" and wondered if I need to move the bumpstops down at all or it will be OK? We've been running this way for awhile but wondered if Im doing any dmage?

thanks

I wouldnt think that you need to move the bumpstops at all, lots of people run thier torsions cranked. But i have heard that it can wear balljoints and tierod ends quicker. you could try asking over at www.offroadrangers.com there's a lot of guys over there running cranked torsions
