Well, can't really call it a full build seeing as most of it is already done, but the truck will be going/has been going through some major changes. I picked this truck up from California back in August, and have been testing and fixing and finding new problems with it ever since.
Heres how it was when I first got it:

Its a 97 ranger, fully caged
2001 SOHC v6 from a exploder
2.5 King c/o, and 2.0 Fox bumps on all corners
9 inch rear with 3 link
3 over extended front beams
Full fiber glass
Prp seats with crow harnesses.

First things first, when the truck got to Arizona, it need to be emissioned and registered, which was a nightmare. But after 4 trips to the DMV and 2 trips to the emissions place, it passed and the fun began.

After some hard testing and foolish things like this,

we found a few more problems.

After that jump, the drivers side radius arm bent a little were it connects to the beam.
And the front bumper was pushed in pretty good, so it was taken off.
Not due to my testing, the 3rd member was not shimmed corectly and was starting to go.

So the truck has been sitting in the driveway getting worked on since september.
Since then it has aquired:
carbon fiber dash and gauges
new trussed 9-inch with a locker and 5.13's
new speedway engineering grand national hubs
upgaded to 2.5" snouts on the 9-inch
and some engine cage work.
I dont have any pictures of all that, but they will be up soon.

The to-do list:
New front end
Front bumper
CNC brake system
New rims (beadlocks)
Paint
Updated saftey harnesses
Parker pumpers
Race jack mount
Intercom system
And hopefully I can get some bypasses.

After its all said and done, I will start racing 1450 class in Whiplash here in Az.
Then hopefully get involved in MDR and possibly BITD.

haha, yeah. They guys I bought the truck off just bought the hood and then had someone put a fiberglass scoup on. I just cut it out to be functional.

Ah yes that 8 plus hours at the dmv was great haha. The basic build of the truck was pretty solid but he previous owner cut some corners out after he got it out of the fab shop. Example- cutting out the engine cross member to fit the 4.0 but not replacing the bar. Definitely more pics.

Also, Camburg is working on the new front end for this thing right now. Hoping it will be done soon.
