uniballs

Well as you guys can probably tell i do not know much based on the amount of questions i have been asking in the recent days. so heres another one for you guys to answer for me. I bought 1" uniballs today for my lower control arms. i came home and put them together and i got 3/4 inch reducer things. I got 4 of them and 3 0f them slipped easliy into the uniball and the forth i had to tap in with a hammer. Did i just f'up my uniball the reducer thing doesnt move freely in the bearing but the bearing still moves freely in the pocket. Thanks for the help. if it wasnt for this site id be even more lost then i am now. thanks for all the help and im sure ill be asking more and more questions soon enough to in advance thanks.

As long as the bearing is moving freely you should be fine. There was probably an edge left on the spacer which was left over from the machining process that caused the interference.
