Anyone use these? MOTO told me his brother uses them on the bottom and it gives 42 degrees??? seems crazy. Just curious if anyone else has tried them

I don't know if this is the correct p/n, but there is a Uniball conversion unit out there. Their (circle racers) idea is to be able to adjust spindle pin height relative to the lower arm. Is this the part in question ?
