Here is a prerunner that we built for Mike Winkel. Could this be the coolest H2 besides our yellow race H2? If you are tired of bling on H2's, look no further. This one is built for serious pre running, but still uses mostly stock suspension components. We do this for ease of preparation, but we still have gone beyond what our H2 racer has as far as wheel travel and strength.

It only has 10" of front wheel travel and 12" of rear travel, but that is 20% more than stock. Those are Fox 4.4" bypass shocks and it also has a Howe ram assist steering setup with a fabricated idler arm. It worked really well except for a few electrical issues and a poor working air conditioning at this years Vegas to Reno Pre Run.

Super clean Hummer, it's 1 H2 I would actually be hapy to drive.

Those shocks look kinda goofy, the proportions are all out of whack, but who cares what a shock looks like anyway?

Super nice work. Is that cage design score legal? Not necessarily the tubing type/strength/thickness but the overall design of the cage.

Super nice work. Is that cage design score legal? Not necessarily the tubing type/strength/thickness but the overall design of the cage.

Do you mean the Halo design, with the bent hoop on the celing, and tubes running down the pillars from that? I called Score, and they told me that a Halo design is good to go as long as it follows all the size and basic design rules. I think Nascar cars use a Halo design, and you see it in many other caged cars as well. I also silicone bronse welded the cage along the roof and sides to the sheet metal to strengthen it, and keep it from rattling and cracking.

If this one raced, it would probably need some door bars and a fuel cell, but then it would be saftey wise Score legal. I would have to ditch the ram assist as well to run Stock Full.

Wow, finally a H2 without 20 or 22" rims wrapped in 35-37" tires. What a relief! I can't even tell you how upset I get every time I see an H2 at the grocery store with so much chrome bolt-on sh-- on it that, when you turn your back to it in disgust, your azz gets sun burned through your jeans.

If my wife thinks its ugly than its probably just right, and she wouldn't ride in that thing around town. Great looking rig!!!
