I wonder if anyone makes a kit or if someone has the ingenuity and made their own? I have a few full face helmets and it would be cool to build them for the prerunner for others to use.

Okay, you are talking about cutting into a helmet to "do-it-yourself"? Don't take any chances. Buy one that is made that way.

I bet you could do it with some carbon fiber skills. (or fiberglass)
Only if you had to though, and without cutting away any of the helmet. Air in through the front mouthgaurd part possibly?
**edit** I am thinking as if youre talking about a dirtbike fullface helmet

Jumping in a little late here. PCI converted a Shoei helmet for me a few years ago.
