Driver Suits

Since were all for saftey with the new the SA helmet being required, Are nomex helmet skirts going to be required as well?? I am also currenty looking into getting a new drivers suit, Do you guys have any input on the higher end drivers suits? Most racers have been wearing the $100 single layer suits, but how safe are they?? Any input from racers that have the multi layered suits would be awesome!!!!

Usually the more layers, the more insulation from the heat.

Check out the attached pdf, it has some pretty good info on how a race suit works.
We have several Sparco suits on sale in our Garage sale up to 50% off. Several of the Sparco suits that are on sale have been discontinued because Dupont discontinued the particular Nomex fabric the suits were originally made with.

We also have some suits that are not on the site because of the limited quantities, so give us a call.
