Ok thats it i know that alot of you dont care about your Rep but i see it as a very usefull way to see if sombody knows what they are talking about or not.
So I for one am sick and tired of getting Negative Rep for off topic posts. I went all the way to Dakar and took over 1000pics and nearly an hour of video so i could share the expereince with you guys and answer any questions you may have. What did it net me. 3 positive rep points. Excellent perfect over the moon could not be happier. Then i state my opinion about somthing non race related and now im back to square one. Its just plain SAD.

I know how you feel! I made a joke on the ride of your life thread and I got negative rep points from people that can't take a joke!!!

Don't take it seriously guys...Jarvis, I appreciated your input from the Dakar...don't worry about what the minority does and says! It's what the majority says that counts and right now the majority is giving you positive feedback. I've been there too...any of us who feel passionately about something which we contribute to the threads in a forum are at risk of being attacked. That's how it goes. If we put ourselves out there, we just have to know it comes with the whole experience. But guess what? You get to decide who to pay attention and who to ignore...so use those powers at your will!!!

From a guy who is up, down and all around this board: You win some and you lose some. You can't let other people dictate who you are on the street.

ChuckH... no suprise there. He has a problem with me posting my opinion on subjects i think its quite funny as he just got banned in another post for complaining about sombody else.

ChuckH is a fruit. If you want to see some bad reps, look at all the crybabies that tagged me.

Damn Kritter...how do you get a rep power of 12?!?

Chuck did allot more than you guys saw to earn his ban.
BTW, if anyone ever gets banned, warned or infractions for something, take a step back for a minute and think about why it probably happened before sending ridiculous threatening emails. Because that approach will most likely get you a permanent ban....

I don't think you have that much to worry about Jarvis. People who are on this forum long enough know who and who doesn't know what they are talking about, regardless of what their "rep power" says.

Jarvis, no worries. I for one love your Dakar pictures on your photobucket and what you posted here. Wish we could see all 1000 of them.

I wouldn't worry about it; I never even look at Rep.
