Car License Number

On the way back from El Mirage today, A moving truck hit my car then left ( not major damage just that he left). We were at the McDonalds on Pearblossom highway. Their license number got written down wrong and I wanted to play with it and see if I could figure it out. So are there any sites with a database ?

Check with your local police dept, any idea on the name of the moving company?
