Maybe I am behind the times, but I just now noticed that Jutta Kleinsmidt is no longer with VW this year but rather with X-Raid in (http://x-raid.de/) in a BMW.

Yes, she si aking part with the X Raid.
Drivers include 3 cathegories of drivers (from my point of view):

Top: (aiming for a top 5 or podium may be)
AL ATTIYAH NASSER SALEH (I really hope he can have a problem free Dakar, fast guy, recent PWRC champion)
KLEINSCHMIDT JUTTA (we all know her!!!)

Drivers with experience (for a top 10)
CHICHERIT GUERLAIN (Rally experienced in French Champ., little experience in Dakar, just one or two years))
MONTERDE JOSE LUIS (Great experience in raids, not top driver but will be "there" if top ones start to fall)

Others
NOBRE PAULO (nothing, just a passionate from Brazil, has plenty of money and does what he likes, Southamerican rally champ, with a Lancr Gr. N, and Dakar in a good team - Nothing to criticize, just I do not expect nothin from a sport point of view, but I would do exactly the same as him if I had the chance)
