I was just curious if anyone knows how companies go about making them. Just curious. Thanks

they hold the bearing race in one hand and the ball in the other hand and click their heels three times. hehe :-)

GOD BLESS AMERICA! and hopefully my poor truck too.

Anybody have experience with getting rod ends/uniballs rebuilt? Never heard of that before, curious about the price etc.

All right, they machine a cup with a lip on one side, place kevlar around the inside diameter, place the machined ball inside and press the open end and form the metal to trap the ball inside also keeping the kevlar inside the cup. On heims some have a machined grove so when you turn the ball sideways it will come out! Hope this makes sence?
