Did you do that yourself or did someone do it for you and if so who or what company? I really dig that

Is it vinyl graphics on top of paint or is it a full wrap? Looks really good.

I did it myself. I have a 24" vinyl cutter here. Its black and two shades of grey on top of the original paint, not a full wrap. If you look at it up close its definitely not perfect with some small wrinkles on the curves and bubbles where the old paint had nics or whatever. But its a prerunner that gets used so I don't want to mess up an expensive paint job anyway...
I have been wanting to paint it but haven't been able to decide on a design and money is the other problem. So doing this in vinyl turned out to be the best option

Very nice Toyota, the red bead locks really finish it off with the vinyl.

This is one really nice truck, and the urban camo really sets it off.

I'm jealous.

Jeezuz.. You build the entire trucks with a homebuilt bender, chop notcher and a grinder and now you make your own graphic wraps!

Pretty damn amazing Curtis.. What's next?

thanks everyone!

what's next? well the engine in it is a real pig. It needs an LS1 or 2 very bad. Problem is I don't have any money to make the swap....

Finishing the interior, new wheels and fixing the noisy brakes are on the list for the future as well.

Hmmm.... What --does-- and LS1 go for these days? Wanna sell me your turbo and automatic for my piggy T-100? My wife would love to be alble to drive it...

And I allready drive your old T100, Curtis... you should just keep selling me your hand me downs. I mean, how hard can it be to swap a 2WD automatic for a 4WD manual? (Tho I was digging the manual in the silt beds south of RM 837 at the 1000...)

Curtis Guise

hmm.. I think I like that idea. I have a spare tranny also, the one that was behind the engine in your T100 before I put it in. we will have to talk more....

What about two little red flags on poles for that true remote control car look. :D

Does it have the TRD Supercharger and t
7th injector kit? That will wake it up nicely for much less than an LS1.

Hey Curtis are you going to bring your truck out to the DASH......

Curtis Guise
December 26th, 2006, 10:56
It has the SC and a kit from URD which is bigger injectors, colder thermostat & piggy back computer. The main problem is that its a 1995 so the stock computer limits what you can do with it. The engine also has over 200k on it so pumping more HP into it isn't going to help it any. I just hope it lasts until I can afford a V8. Santa didn't bring me one so I'll have to keep saving... ;)

I plan on going to the Dash but not sure if the T100 will make it. I broke the crossover exhaust tube on the engine during the 1000 and haven't pulled it out to weld it yet.

Looks nice as always Curtis. Stop by the Baja Pits Main at the Dash and say hello. Carlos and I and the guys will all be there. Otherwise, I'll have to look for you in March at the SF 250.

I built the 4runner a few years ago. Ran it for about a year and had to sell it before we moved to SoCal. It came out pretty nice for being a budget build and doing all the work myself. It worked really good. It was a 1985 with EFI.
There are some shots of it in the Gription DVD (rubicon section) I put out a couple of years ago.

I guess this is a little late for a reply, but yes I did the layout in using Illustrator and my vinyl cutting program.
