is it just me or has everyone noticed this site only is extreamly slow the last 2 weeks. I have high speed internet and it used to be very fast but it know takes about 30-40 seconds to load and sometimes never.

Oh man this site has gotten so slow. It just took three attempts and 5 mintues to post this reply. The slow down has caused me to visit this site less because of the frustration factor and I'm sure others are visiting less as well.

please hang in there until Klaus gets back the end of this week. I'm sure he will take care of the problem asap. All I can do is reboot if it goes down. The forum has seemed fine on speed for me up until yesterday morning.

I have a T1 at work, and RDC has been very frustrating this past couple of weeks......I can only get on every 3rd or 4th try, and when I do it is very slow.

Where is Klaus, and who signed his hall pass???

it has been going down at least once a day for the last 2 weeks but speed didn't seem like an issue until yesterday. I think its just a problem with the forum because other sites on the server like dezertpeople.com seem to load fine.

Just don't do anything that reads/writes to line 271 of the SQL database and we will be ok.

It might be a PM function or storage engine with a full partition

So no PM's or some people clean out your PM's .. i might be wrong on that but thats my guess since i dont have the keys to the site.

sometimes its pretty slow, but almost back to normal thing for me. it sucked without RDC for awhile
