door latches/hinges???

after breaking my femur on my bike i decided im not gonna be riding for a while and wanted something else to ride in besides my ranger so i got a yamaha rhino. i want to make some doors out of tube that sit flush with the outside of stock cage. i was thinking about using some piano type hinges but i would like something nicer. any ideas? looking through mcmaster-carr i couldnt find much for latches, i dont really know where to look for them... where can i find some?

Search Austin Hardware for "Weld-on" hinges and street rod suppliers for "Bear Claw" door latches.
The weld-on hinges can be set up to allow for lifting the door(s) off should you desire to.

why not do Heim joints and tabs? That way you don't have to worry about them being perfectly mounted?

how could i mount them on heims so nothing stuck out past the outside of the cage and also looked good (no big gaps anywhere)?
