Site outages this weekend

We will be undergoing some major site backend upgrades over the weekend of August 5th and 6th. The site will be unavailabe at times.

Most aspects of rdc are back up now.
We ended up swaping out drives on the server and had to manualy restore lots of stuff. Time to get 1 or 2 sleep cycles in and then finish up.
