One of our project sponsors Camburg Engineering provided me with a 3-link kit as part of the rear suspension.

The kit consists of a pair of lower control arms, upper wishbone link, all mounting brackets and mounting hardware and heim-joints. All that is missing is the mounting brackets connecting the rearend. The guys in the shop gave me a paper template to cut out and weld the lower link brackets to the rearend housing.

Installation required the removal of the stock carrier-bearing mount as it gets replaced with a tubular version supplied in the kit.

The mounts utilize the stock holes in the frame. Large rivets need to be removed and replaced with supplied bolts. Additional holes need to be drilled, but the location is obvious once one starts to install the kit.

Removing the stock rivets took the longest.

Using a kit vs. designing and building my own links saved a tremendous amount of time. I also know that this kit had undergone some revision changes from its initial design and by using a tested design it eliminates the trial and error on my part.

Fox Shox supplied the project with some mark-up shocks.
A 14inch 2.5" coilover and one 16inch 3" 4x bypass sock.

Fox Shox will be used for all shock needs around.
