Its rare that you fall upon genius ideas but try this out i know i loved it.
While racing across the dessert this weekend my tach fell off into the cab and i couldn’t fix it back until i got home no problem i thought i dont use my tach much anyway mostly just for looks.
However i notice the remote "shift light" kept working so i did a little d.i.y. wiring and attached it to a beeper that i have for one of my sensors.
The result every time the shift point came i got a little light and a beep noise and i should say it was great. So usefull hear the beep shift gears.
Only problem is coming down big dunes when the revs are used to slow the truck down it go's a little crazy. BEEEEEEEEP Beep Beep Beep Beep BEEEEEEP. :D
