As part of the Wizard Fabrication Class we built jig tables on wheels. This way every class project can be moved around the classroom and wont take up space while another class is in session plus it gives a level platform for the project.
The table can be set level with set screws in every corner.
Our table is square within 1/16" diagonal.
After the table was built it took only one night to move the Ranger Cab on the table and tag-weld it into place.
We found the center of the Vehicle and lined it up with the tables center. Since the
cab and frame are built rather loose we had to opt for the best average between cab and frame. We picked a couple of points in front and in the rear of our vehicle to go by.
This phase is now completed.
