Grounding wires

Im wiring my 5-1600 this weeken, just one question, when grounding near the fuse box and/or gauges is grounding to the sheat metal good enough ? the frame ? other choices ?

Go direct to the battery . bring a large wire up from the battery to a spot and run all the grounds to it .
