I have some 1/2 ton front steer kingpin spindles with the 5 on 5.5 lug pattern and was wondering if anyone had switched to a 6 lug pattern..... without doing full custom hubs and brakes. basically, im looking for the same dimension rotor assembly/ bearings to fit the spindle in a 6 x 5.5 pattern. I know cone and i think auto-fab have hubs to switch the 1 ton spindles into 5 lug, but if i remember correctly, those spindles won't fit 15 inch rims without replacing the brakes. should i just try bringing my rotors to pepboys and seeing if they can match it, with the different lug pattern?
