anybody know if someone makes a long travel kit for a 2000 Z71 4X4??? Or what would you recommend??

You said long travel, 4x4, and kit in the same sentence: Thats like Strong, Light, Cheap (now pick any two). You are going to have to go custom for somthing like that. Call Fab shops or ditch the 4x4. GOOD LUCK

Yep, it'll have to be custom and it won't be cheap.

Not really in production but if you really want one CST can build it. The cost is pretty high and for this reason it's not something that they have any plans to put into the primary production lineup. This particular kit is more for show than go, but with a few simple changes you could have yourself a pretty nice 4wd LT setup. I think for the right price that entire truck is available for purchase.
