Does anybody know if those old school Bilstein bypass valves (slightly smaller than their shocks manufactured today) or those Rancho Lightining Rod are available anywhere? Or does anybody on this board have any (preferrably 6) that they are willing to sell? I really need these so I might even get some shocks like the ones mentioned above just for the valves and cut them off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jim Conner Racing (928)-855-0912 is a rancho distributator/rep. I just asked him the other day and he said has has a bunch of lightning rod stuff in stock just for guys like you. give him a call.

I has been a while, (8yrs) but ya I have assembled and rebiult them. This was one way of learning how to do shocks, with the lightning rods them came in a box unasmbled, and you also had to clean the threads and remove machining debre from the insides. What question did you have?
