I still have to fab a new spindel, and a lot of fine tuning.
And yes I will have a brace between the shock hoops.

Ha ha, aaaahhh, your not going to want to hear this... 3 point hitch pins, 1in dia. forged, way overkill, but cheap! They are welded to regular old poly bushings.

Im not talkin crap, Im just currious why you didn't make the upper and lower arms the same length to optimize the performance of the travel. Of course the spindle would have needed some modification also. Isn't it ideal to have them the same length to minimize caster camber change?

They don't have to be the same length to get good geometry. It depends on where your mounting points are and what type of camber change you are looking for. If you want alot of camber change you would have a much shorter arm but a little camber change have a closer to equal length arms. I would want to have a few degrees of camber change in my setup and I think that with equal length arms and with same mounting points (horizontally) you will have not camber at all and no camber change.

I'm curious as to what you are going to do for the spindle set-up? You previously mentioned having to make new ones, right?

I plan on building one to encompass uniballs, also I need to make the upright longer so as to have the same distance as the pivot points between my upper and lower suspension arms.
I have already realized that I will not be able to use poly bushings for my uppers, due to the large moment that they see, they flex to much.

You gonna switch 'em over to heims?...
Are you going to use the stock spindle pins or go to a beefier pin and hub set-up?
From the looks of it, that Trooper should put the hurt on some desert terrain....
