I'm sure this has been asked before, I'm new to the site and truck stuff. I have a 99 F150 single cab with a V6 2wheel drive. I want to make it into something that will handle off road a little better. The problem is that I don't know where to start. I will have a set of dirt tires soon but that's it. I will be running parts and fuel for motorcycle's in Baja. I want suspension for it that can handle the dirt roads of Baja at moderate speeds. What will be the most expensive part of it? What do I need first? Last can it be done for a reasonable amount of $$$$? Any help or links would be appreciated.

Thanks Robert

Try doing a search. Also try doing a search in the links under the fabricators. There is a lot of stuff to do with the F-150's,maybe check out Camburg,H&M,etc, maybe save some cash and buy some second hand stuff(used).
