View Full Version : Edelbrock xtreme travel shocks, opinions?

I'm going to post this on a few boards so don't be surprised if you see it elsewhere.:)
This months Offroad Magazine has a story on shocks and one of the shocks shown was the Edelbrock. Looks like a unique design. Does anyone have an opinion on them for a prerunner?

They don't appear to be rebuildable. But if they are, and the price is right, go for it.

Rebuildable but I dont think they are revalvable. The bump cap is held in with a snap ring just like your fox, king, sway away...
Orings and seal kits you would probably be on your own though.

They are rebuildable and revalvable just like any other "off-road" shock
