what are the pros and cons of running 5 on 4.5 vs. 5 on 5.5 lug rims ? is it a strength issue, more common for off road or is there no advantage ?

not sure what your question is, but you cannot run 5 on 5.5 unless you change your spindle assy (if your talking about a ranger). 5 on 5.5 is the older ford f-150 / bronco bolt pattern
